Underwhelming Experience at CityPark View

I've been living at CityPark View for about 6 months now, and I must say, the initial excitement has worn off. The apartments are indeed 'stunningly appointed' as they claim, but that's where the luxury ends. The 'premium foundation for a relaxing lifestyle' they promise feels more like a myth when you're dealing with constant noise from the highway and the paper-thin walls. I can hear my neighbors' conversations, and sometimes even their TV shows, which makes it hard to relax. The 'upscale pet-friendly living' is just a fancy way of saying they allow pets, but don't expect any special amenities for them. The two gyms are a joke - outdated equipment and always crowded. And don't even get me started on the pools; they're smaller than they appear in the photos, and the 'remarkable address' is just a fancy way of saying it's near a bunch of construction sites. The award-winning team seems more interested in winning awards than actually helping residents. My requests for maintenance have been ignored multiple times, and the 'liveable luxury' they tout feels like a distant dream when you're dealing with leaky faucets and a malfunctioning AC. The virtual tours and floor plans are misleading, and the on-site team, while friendly, seems overwhelmed and unhelpful. If you're looking for actual luxury and comfort, I'd suggest keeping looking. CityPark View might look pretty on the surface, but beneath that, it's just another overpriced apartment complex with too many promises and not enough delivery.
