I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Car City, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. The process started out smoothly enough; I browsed their online inventory, found a car I liked, and even got pre-approved for financing. However, things took a turn for the worse when I tried to finalize the purchase. The sales team seemed completely disorganized, and there was a significant lack of communication between the different departments. I was told one thing by the online sales team, only to be told something entirely different when I visited the dealership in person. The car I wanted was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep, but after a week of waiting, I still hadn't received it. When I called to inquire about the status, I was told that there was an issue with the delivery and that it would take another week to arrive. To make matters worse, the car arrived with several scratches and dings, which were not disclosed to me beforehand.
