I'm writing this review as a warning to others: Caouette Informatique's sales pitch is far more impressive than their actual service. As a small business owner, I thought I'd found a reliable technology partner, but boy, was I wrong. Their team took weeks to set up our new server, and even then, it was clear they hadn't listened to our specific needs. The 'customized' solution they provided was basically a cookie-cutter approach that didn't address our unique challenges. And don't even get me started on the 'security systems' they installed – the cameras were faulty, and the access control system was cumbersome to use. When I tried to reach out to their support team, I was met with a never-ending phone menu and a promise that someone would 'get back to me soon.' Soon never came. For a company that boasts about its certifications and expertise, Caouette Informatique failed to deliver on even the most basic aspects of IT support. Unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment, I'd advise looking elsewhere for your tech needs.
