I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with BuoEvents Hire was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my story. As a bride-to-be, I was excited to work with a family-owned business that promised to deliver high-quality wedding furniture at affordable prices. Unfortunately, the reality was far from perfect. From the initial consultation to the actual delivery, the communication was lackluster, and the staff seemed disorganized. The Ghost Chiavari Chairs I rented were not only late but also had visible scratches and stains. The 'luxurious' Dior chairs were nothing special, and the Sweetheart table chairs looked like they had been used multiple times without proper cleaning. What really took the cake was when they tried to charge me extra for a 'damage fee' for a chair that was already broken when it arrived. The 24/7 availability they touted was a joke, as I had to wait for hours to get a response to my concerns. For a company that prides itself on reliability and quality, BuoEvents Hire fell woefully short. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and quality control, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. One star is even too generous for this subpar experience.
