I'm not one to write reviews often, but after my experience with Budo, I felt compelled to share my disappointment. As a martial arts enthusiast, I was excited to explore their wide range of products. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived. I ordered a Venum mouthguard and a pair of Adidas shorts, but what arrived was a poorly packaged, low-quality mouthguard that didn't even fit properly, and a pair of shorts with a strange, chemical-like smell. The material felt cheap, and the sizing was off. I was expecting high-quality gear, especially from renowned brands like Venum and Adidas. The prices were competitive, but that's little consolation when the products don't meet expectations. What's more, the return process was cumbersome, and the customer service was unresponsive. I've had better experiences with other online retailers, and I wouldn't recommend Budo to my fellow martial artists. The products may look good on the website, but the reality is far from satisfactory. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but until they improve their quality control and customer service, I'll be taking my business (and my training) elsewhere.
