I visited BRADO NYC THIN CRUST PIZZA with high expectations, given its reputation as a Brooklyn Heights staple. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. The thin crust pizza, which I had been looking forward to, was underseasoned and lacked the flavor I've come to expect from a New York City pizzeria. The service was also subpar, with our server seeming overwhelmed and inattentive.
