I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Best Distributing Co.'s QXO brand. As a contractor, I was excited to try out their consolidated platform, but unfortunately, it's been a letdown. The website, qxo.com, is clunky and difficult to navigate, which is surprising given their claims of being user-friendly.
