I recently had the misfortune of visiting Best Buy Auto Sales in Syracuse, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The sales team seemed more interested in pushing me towards a purchase than actually listening to my needs. The financing options, while advertised as 'easy' and 'flexible,' turned out to be a nightmare to navigate. The team's lack of transparency regarding the extended dealer warranty and inspection process left me with more questions than answers. The vehicle I eventually purchased had several issues that were not disclosed to me, including a faulty transmission and worn-out brakes. To make matters worse, the trade-in value of my old vehicle was significantly lower than what I was offered at other dealerships. Despite their claims of 'competitive pricing,' I ended up overpaying for a car that has given me nothing but trouble. The hassle-free buying experience they promised was nothing but a myth. I would not recommend Best Buy Auto Sales to my worst enemy. The company's focus on making a quick sale rather than providing genuine customer satisfaction is appalling. Unless they seriously revamp their business practices, I foresee a decline in their customer base. Needless to say, I will be taking my business (and my car troubles) elsewhere.
