I found several cars with hidden damages and overpriced tags, which raised serious doubts about the dealership's commitment to transparency. The 'What's my car worth?' trade appraisal tool seemed like a gimmick, as the offered price for my trade-in was significantly lower than expected. The financing options were also not as flexible as advertised, with higher interest rates than I could find elsewhere. Overall, I felt that Bazzi Auto Sales prioritized their profits over customer satisfaction, which is disappointing for a dealership that claims to value long-term relationships. Unless they revamp their sales strategy and focus on providing honest, competitive pricing, I would not recommend Bazzi Auto Sales to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable used car dealership.
