BofA: Where 'Customer Satisfaction' is Just a Slogan

I've been with Bank of America for over a decade, and my experience has been a rollercoaster of frustration. Despite their claims of 'customer satisfaction' and 'financial health support', I've consistently encountered long wait times at their financial centers, unhelpful customer service reps, and an online platform that's clunky and outdated. The mobile app is slow, the website is cluttered, and don't even get me started on the 'convenient' digital solutions that never seem to work as promised. I've tried to schedule appointments through their system, only to be told that the location I chose doesn't exist or that the rep I wanted to see is 'unavailable'. And when I've tried to get help, the customer service team has been less than supportive, often transferring me to different departments or telling me that my issue is 'not their problem'. As someone who's tried to support local businesses through BofA's programs, I'm disappointed by the lack of follow-through and the emphasis on pushing their own products rather than genuinely helping entrepreneurs succeed. For a bank that claims to be committed to 'trust, integrity, and customer-centricity', my experience has been the exact opposite. Until they actually start putting their customers first, I'd advise anyone to take their business (and their frustrations) elsewhere.
