I'm still trying to process the utter disappointment I felt with Angel Animals Paris. As someone who values security and customer satisfaction, I thought I'd found a trustworthy e-commerce company. But, after placing my order for a refreshing mat, I was left high and dry. The free shipping took forever - 17 working days, not the 7-13 they promised. And when I tried to reach out to their customer service team, which is supposedly available 6 days a week, I was met with complete radio silence. No response to my emails, no answers to my calls. It was as if I was invisible. I even tried to use their satisfaction guarantee to return the product, but that was a joke. The return process was convoluted, and I ended up having to pay for the return shipping myself. For a company that prides itself on security and customer satisfaction, Angel Animals Paris failed me on both counts. The HTTPS secure website and Stripe payment processing meant nothing when their customer service team abandoned me. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.
