Disappointing Experience with Amy-Sue Alston Photography

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with Amy-Sue Alston Photography was a letdown. I hired her to photograph my sister's wedding in Tamworth, and while she seemed nice and professional at first, the end result was just not what we expected. The photos lacked a certain spark, and the editing was subpar. For the price we paid, I thought we'd get more creative and high-quality shots. Instead, the photos looked like they were taken by an amateur. The worst part was when we tried to download the photos from her website - the process was clunky, and some of the pictures were even missing. When I contacted Amy-Sue about it, she seemed dismissive and unapologetic. As someone who's worked with photographers before, I know that attention to detail and good customer service are crucial. Unfortunately, Amy-Sue Alston Photography fell short in both areas. Unless she seriously steps up her game, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
