I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my recent experience with Amissima was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my story. As someone who values quality and comfort, I was excited to try out their products, especially after reading about their focus on timeless pieces for special moments. However, what I got was far from what I expected. The top I ordered, which was supposed to be a 'timeless piece,' looked nothing like the pictures online. The material felt cheap, and the design was just plain boring. I mean, who thought it was a good idea to put a giant bow on a supposedly 'elegant' top? It was like they took every bad 90s fashion trend and mashed them all together. And don't even get me started on the customer service. When I tried to return the item, I was met with a lengthy and confusing process that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, they sure didn't make it easy for me to get a refund. Overall, I'd say Amissima is all hype and no substance. Save your money and look elsewhere for quality, comfortable clothing that actually looks good. One star from me, and that's being generous.
