I'm still trying to process the disappointment and frustration I felt with America's Home Place - Bowling Green. We thought we were getting our dream home, but what we got was a never-ending nightmare of delays, miscommunication, and subpar workmanship. The initial planning stages seemed promising, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, and our project manager was constantly changing. We were told our home would be ready in six months, but it took over a year, and even then, it was far from perfect. The quality of the materials and construction was not what we expected, and the final product looked nothing like the beautiful designs they showed us. To make matters worse, when we tried to address these issues, we were met with resistance and excuses. The written warranty they brag about? More like a joke. They nickel-and-dimed us for every little thing, and when we asked for repairs, they took months to respond. I would not recommend America's Home Place - Bowling Green to my worst enemy. Save your sanity and your money; go with a different builder. One star is even too generous for this company.
