I recently ordered a bouquet from Amborella Floral for my sister's birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Despite their claims of using fresh, Canadian-grown flowers, the arrangement that arrived was lackluster and lacked the vibrancy I expected from a reputable florist. The flowers seemed wilted, and the overall design was uninspired. What really disappointed me, though, was the poor communication from their team. I had specifically requested a delivery time between 2-4 pm, but the flowers arrived at 12:30 pm, which meant my sister wasn't even home to receive them. When I tried to contact Amborella Floral about the issue, I was met with a generic apology and a vague promise to 'look into it.' For a company that prides itself on exceptional service and fast delivery, my experience fell far short of expectations. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but as it stands, I wouldn't recommend Amborella Floral to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality flower delivery in Calgary.
