I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Aldrich Auto Body & Repair. After getting into a fender bender, I brought my car in for what I thought would be a straightforward repair job. The initial estimate seemed reasonable, and the staff was friendly, but that's where the positives end. The repair process took way longer than expected, and when I finally got my car back, I noticed that the paint job was subpar and there were new scratches on the bumper. To make matters worse, the issues I had with my car's alignment before the accident were still present, and now I'm experiencing strange noises when braking. I took it back to them, and they claimed it was an unrelated issue, but I'm not buying it. The 24/7 towing service they advertised was also a letdown; it took them over an hour to arrive when I needed them most. For a company that boasts about being family-owned and locally trusted, I expected a lot more. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Aldrich Auto Body & Repair to anyone and will be taking my business (and my car) elsewhere.
