I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with Active Pest Management has left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated. As a homeowner in the Northern Rivers region, I thought I was doing the right thing by choosing a locally-owned business that promised excellent service and 100% customer satisfaction. Boy, was I wrong! From the initial consultation to the actual treatment, everything felt rushed and impersonal. The team, although knowledgeable, seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly rather than actually listening to my concerns or explaining the process in detail. I was sold on their 'personal and tailored' approach, but what I got was a generic, one-size-fits-all solution that didn't even begin to address the root of my pest problem. The bait system installation, which I was assured would be 'determined to get the bait system back into the colony and eradicate the problem at the source,' was nothing short of a disaster. It's been months, and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. For a company that prides itself on building long-term relationships and providing peace of mind, Active Pest Management has done the exact opposite for me. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and follow-through on their promises, I would not recommend them to anyone. My search for a reliable pest control service continues, sadly.
