I'll give ACME Animal Control credit where it's due - their sales pitch and website look top-notch, very professional and reassuring. They promised a 30-day service call guarantee and a one-year repair guarantee, which sounded like exactly what I needed after discovering I had unwanted guests in my attic. However, the execution fell woefully short. The team that came out seemed knowledgeable, but the follow-up was lacking. It's been over 60 days, and I'm still seeing signs of rodent activity. When I called to inquire about the guarantee and getting someone to come back out, I was met with a series of excuses and a clear reluctance to honor their commitments. For a company that touts its reliability and expertise, the experience was disappointing. The emergency services and same-day options they advertise are misleading if you're not prepared to wait on hold for an hour or more just to schedule an appointment. I was told about their flexible payment plans, but when it came down to discussing the issues I was having, the focus shifted from solving my problem to how I could pay for additional services. At this point, I've invested more time and money than I ever intended, and my issue remains unresolved. Perhaps ACME Animal Control is better suited for smaller, less complex jobs, but for anyone dealing with persistent wildlife issues, I would caution against expecting too much from their services.
