I'm still fuming about my experience with ABLAZEFirefighter Movers, LLC. With 20 years of service, I expected a seamless move, but what I got was a chaotic mess. The initial estimate seemed competitive, but the final bill was inflated with 'additional services' I never requested. The movers themselves were friendly, but the lack of communication and disorganization was staggering. My grandmother's antique dresser was damaged, and when I brought it to their attention, they seemed put off, like it was my fault for not wrapping it in 10 layers of bubble wrap. For a company that prides itself on reliability and trustworthiness, they failed to deliver on the most basic promises. The move took longer than expected, and the 'efficiency' they brag about was nowhere to be found. Unless you enjoy the thrill of possibly losing your belongings or dealing with unprofessional customer service, I'd advise looking elsewhere for your moving needs. One star is even too generous for this debacle.
