I'm still trying to understand how a company that claims to be the 'premier luxury transportation' in Cleveland could so utterly fail to deliver on its promises. My experience with A-1 Mr. Limo was a perfect example of how to take a special occasion and turn it into a memorable disaster. We booked them for my sister's wedding, expecting nothing but the best, given their boasts about doing more weddings than anyone in Ohio. What we got was a late arrival, a dirty limousine that looked nothing like the pictures, and a driver who seemed more interested in his phone than in ensuring our safety or comfort. The 'exceptional service' they advertise was nowhere to be found. When we tried to address these issues with the company, we were met with indifference and a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It's astonishing that a company so focused on making their clients 'look good' could so blatantly neglect the basics of good service. If you're looking for a reliable and truly luxurious transportation experience in Cleveland, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. A-1 Mr. Limo's mission to 'exceed expectations' clearly does not apply to their actual customers, only to their marketing materials. One star from me, and that's being generous.
