June 09, 2025Not the Luxury Experience I Expected
I've been living at 24 Eleven Washington for a few months now, and unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming. The apartment community looks great on paper, but the reality is far from it. First of all, the 'luxurious amenities' they advertise are not as luxurious as they seem. The gym is small and often crowded, and the pool area is not as clean as I would like. The worst part, however, is the parking situation. They claim to have 'gated and covered garage parking,' but what they don't tell you is that the garage is often full, and you'll end up parking on the street. The 'convenient access to onsite electric charging stations' is also a joke, as there are only two charging stations for the entire complex. I've had to wait in line for over an hour just to charge my car. The staff seems friendly, but they're not very helpful when it comes to addressing issues. I've had problems with my apartment, including a leaky faucet and a broken air conditioner, and it's taken them weeks to fix them. The 'Authorized and Secure Resident Portal' is also a hassle to use, and I've had trouble paying my rent online. Overall, I would not recommend 24 Eleven Washington to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient living experience. The location is great, but that's about it. Save your money and look elsewhere.
