I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with 212 Health & Fitness has left me feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. The philosophy of putting in that extra effort sounds great on paper, but in reality, it feels like they're just trying to push you into buying more personalized training sessions. Don't get me wrong, the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, but the group sessions feel like they're tailored more towards the young and able-bodied. As someone with physical limitations, I found it difficult to keep up, and the 'holistic approach' they claim to have didn't quite translate into the kind of support I needed. The nutritional advice was generic and didn't account for my specific dietary needs, and the emphasis on mental toughness, while well-intentioned, sometimes felt like they were blaming me for not being motivated enough.
