I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from 21 Custom. As a coach for a local youth soccer team, I was excited to work with a company that shares my passion for supporting youth sports. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor communication and subpar products. The design process was slow, and the final products did not match the quality I expected. The hoodies were thin and cheaper than expected, and the printing was not as vibrant as the samples shown. Despite my requests for changes, the final product still didn't meet my expectations. The customer service was friendly but seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive at times. For a company that prides itself on excellent customer service, I was surprised by the lack of follow-through. While I appreciate the mission of 21 Custom and the effort to support local teams, the execution fell short. Perhaps with more attention to detail and better quality control, 21 Custom can improve and live up to its promise of providing high-quality custom apparel.
