The 'experts' at 20 Photos selected 40 images that supposedly best matched my story, but I was disappointed to find that many of the photos were poorly edited or not even relevant to my narrative. When I went to choose my favorite 20 photos from the curated set, I realized that the team had missed the mark entirely. The final product, a keepsake box with the 20 'curated' photos, was beautifully presented, but the quality of the prints was not worth the hefty price tag. For the cost, I expected a more personalized and high-quality service.
