My experience with 20/20 Vision Care was a disappointment from start to finish. Despite their claims of personalized service, I felt rushed through my appointment and had to ask multiple times for a simple explanation of my diagnosis. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took an inordinate amount of time to get my prescription filled. I was also surprised to find out that their 'competitive pricing' didn't quite live up to my expectations, with hidden fees adding up quickly. Perhaps most concerning was the lack of follow-up care; after my initial appointment, I had to initiate all further communication to address my issues. For a practice that prides itself on its patient-centric approach, I found the overall experience to be impersonal and overly focused on pushing their 20/20 Advantage program. Unless they revamp their customer service and transparency, I would caution against choosing 20/20 Vision Care for your eye health needs.
