I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering 1stChoice Home Care Services, Inc. for their loved ones. My family and I were initially impressed by their mission and vision, but unfortunately, our experience was far from compassionate and personalized. The caregivers assigned to my mother, who has a disability, seemed overwhelmed and undertrained. They would often show up late or not at all, leaving my mom stranded without the necessary support. When we tried to address these issues with the management, they were dismissive and unresponsive. It felt like they were more concerned with meeting their business goals than actually providing quality care. The communication was also poor, with constant changes in caregivers and schedules without prior notice. We were promised 24/7 support, but it seemed like an empty promise. The only time we heard from them was when they needed something from us, like payment or paperwork. It's disappointing because we truly believed in their mission and wanted to support a company that shared our values. However, the lack of empathy and poor communication made it clear that they were not the right fit for us. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable home care service, I would advise you to keep looking. Unfortunately, 1stChoice Home Care Services, Inc. did not live up to their promises, and we ended up switching to a different provider.
