I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with 1st Class Realty Services was so underwhelming that I felt compelled to share my story. As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a real estate company that would guide me through the process with care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, 1st Class Realty Services fell short of my expectations in almost every way. From the initial consultation to the final closing, I encountered a series of mishaps and miscommunications that left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. The team seemed more interested in pushing properties than in understanding my needs and preferences. I was shown properties that were completely out of my budget, and when I raised concerns, my agent seemed put off and unresponsive. The technology they touted as 'cutting-edge' was clunky and outdated, and the old-fashioned values they claimed to uphold were nowhere to be found. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience was the lack of transparency and honesty. I was misled about the condition of the property, and when I discovered issues after closing, the team was uncooperative and unapologetic. For a company that prides itself on integrity and customer satisfaction, I expected much more. Unless they seriously revamp their approach and priorities, I would not recommend 1st Class Realty Services to my worst enemy. One star is even too generous for this subpar real estate company.
