I must say, my experience with 1-BBQ-House-Marbella was an unfulfilling one. The promise of a 'bespoke outdoor cooking space' that 'seamlessly integrates into the natural beauty of the Costa del Sol' sounded enticing, but what I got was a generic, overpriced BBQ setup that seemed more like an afterthought than a carefully crafted outdoor oasis. The 'high-end outdoor kitchen modules' they touted were just fancy boxes with some LED lights and a mediocre grill. I mean, who needs a waterfall or fire effects in their outdoor kitchen, really? It all felt like a gimmick to justify the exorbitant price tag. The sales team seemed more interested in pushing their premium products than actually listening to my needs and preferences. The installation process was slow, and the communication was lacking. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a 'take it or leave it' approach. Needless to say, I would not recommend 1-BBQ-House-Marbella to anyone looking for a genuinely personalized outdoor kitchen experience. Perhaps they should focus more on substance and less on flashy marketing speak. Two thumbs down from this disappointed customer.
