I'm still trying to process how a company with over 10 years of experience can manage to disappoint so thoroughly. We rented a bouncy castle from БатутМосква for my son's birthday party, and what was supposed to be a fun day turned into a chaotic mess. First, the delivery was late, which threw off our entire schedule. When the castle finally arrived, it was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned - there were stains and dirt all over it. The staff seemed completely unbothered by our concerns and just shrugged it off, saying 'it's just a little dirt.' The antiviral treatments they claim to do? I'm not so sure about that. The kids had a blast, of course, but as a parent, it's hard to enjoy anything when you're worried about safety and hygiene. And don't even get me started on the prices - we were charged an extra fee for 'extended rental time' because their staff took forever to set up and then forgot to come back to dismantle it on time. The 20% discount for ordering two castles? More like a clever marketing trick to get you to spend more.
